The graph below shows the population figures of different types of turtles in India between 1980 and 2012.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Write a short report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.

The graph illustrates the total number of turtles in India in the span of 32 years. To sum it up, all species and the three kinds of turtles have same index number in 1980 at 100, after 32 years olive Ridley turtle soar at the top, in comparison to leather back turtles with a remarkable drop to the lowest. On the other hand, all species maintained its population, with a decline by 10% in the remarks of the green turtles.
To start at the index of 100, the olive ridley (20) gradually and smoothly increased its number until 1996, from that time it fluctuates at the range of 130-140 hitting 130 by 2012, about 110 turtles. The leather back turtle however, shows an steady rate until 1987 and it continuously depleted until 2012, thus increasing around 30 in number.
Finally, the all species played at an steady rate with ups and downs untill the end of 2012, but able to maintain its family at estimated number of 110. In comparison to the green turtles that started at 38 members, it gradually but gracefully fall by 10 percent after 32 years but statistically multiplied by approximately 40% of its total number (38).
