The Chart reflects the amount used in minutes (in Millions) under the local landlines, national and international land line and mobiles in Finland. To sum it up, in 1995, Local land line is majority used by people in finland and mobiles are rarely accessed, however by the end of 2014 local landline declined gradually but still on the top list with slight differences in the use of national and international land line and mobiles respectively.

Firstly, over 12,000 million minutes calls under the local land line was consumed in 1995 which increased gradually until 2001 to over 16,000 million minutes, by the end of 2004 a sudden decline was recorded hitting 10,000 million minutes. in contrary, National and international landline calls accounted to 6,000 million minutes, which is almost half of the sum under local landline users, in 1995. by 2004 it increased in a gradual manner by more then 60%, about 10,000 million seconds.

Finally, mobile calls accounted to only about thousand million second in 1995, which in long term by the year 2000 it rose slowly to around 30000 million seconds. It suddenly approached 2004 with dramatic increased of almost 10000 million second but not exceeding both local and national and international landlines.
