The most important thing about a job is how much money you earn in that job. Do you agree or disagree?

Model Answer:

There is no doubt that financial remuneration is the most significant factor for  work position in any industry. I completely agree with this assertion and in this essay I will emphasize on the key reasons for it.

The main reason why I believe that salary plays a profound role is that it ensures an employee financial freedom. Specifically, a person who gets good perks can easily take care of basic family needs such as housing, food, children's education and so on. Moreover, the competitive wages enable people to live a good social life and help them enjoy their life after retirement. Thus, monetary benefits give a person the control over his or her life.

In addition, financial rewards motivate employees towards high productivity. there have been enough evidences cited from various surveys and research reports that competently paid workforce generally tend to be highly committed to their assignments and prove themselves as a good asset  to the company. In contrast, underpaid employees seem to have low morals. Actually, such employees remain unenthusiastic and are unwilling to use their creativity and core skills to the best of their potential. Therefore, salary is always a vital factor for any job position.

The views that I have hitherto considered lead me to the firm conclusion that money is a prominent factor for a work position because it gives employees financial independence and encourages them to reach their peak performance level.
