Dear Sam,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to inform you that I am selling my 60" Sony LED television set and I thought you might be interested in buying it from me.
I believe you are aware that I am moving into an apartment closes to the city to reduce my commute time to work. The apartment that I have selected i already furnished and has a television set, which is why I have no need for the one I own. I also have no extra space in the new house ; therefore, I have decided to sell my television. Although it is 3 years old it is well maintained and regularly serviced. it can be either well mounted or for you, placed in a shelf. Moreover, it will be a great purchase as you don't own television. You are more than welcome to come on Friday evening to watch the IPL match on it with me and assess the condition of the television set as well.
I am looking forward to seeing you soon.
Your faithfully,
Brad
