An English speaking friend wants to spend a two-week holiday in your region and has written asking for information and advice.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:

Write at least 150 words.
Dear Kathleen,
I hope this letter finds you in the pink of health. I am extremely happy that you are planning to visit Melbourne in your Christmas holidays, and I am writing to give you useful information.
During Christmas time, all hotels are fully booked, so it is very hard to find accommodation. But you don't need to worry, because my roommate has decide to meet her parents in Paris at that time,. and her room will be available for you.
There are plenty of places to visit in Melbourne. However, "Eureka Tower" and "Melbourne Museum" are the popular spots, which you must visit. Moreover, I will also be free for one or two days so we can also plan a trip to "Great Ocean Road", which is just 200km away from Melbourne.
You will experience the best weather of Melbourne at that time. As it won't be too cold, you don't need to bring warm clothes. However, as I am planning to organise a new year purely at my home, you can bring one purely white dress for that occasion.
I look forward to seeing you inĀ my city and I hope you will have a wonderful time here.
With Love,
Chetna.
