You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. Write about the following topic

You have been experiencing problem with the local public manager.

Write a letter to the manager of the public transportation services. In your letter:
- include how do you use the transport
- what problems have you experienced
- suggest how they can improve the services

Write at least 150 words.

Model Answer:

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the local public commuting system as it has been creating nuances and becoming unreliable day by day.

Being a full time employee in a local firm, I have to commute regularly at a find time usually I take the bus from section-22 at 9:00 a.m. What I have been observing from about a week is that the buses are not arriving in time, which eventually makes me late for work. In fact, all the passengers must have some commitments; it is troublesome experience for everyone.

Probably, it might be inconvenient for you should keep a regular check on all the public vehicles and if someone is not performing the duties well, he must be penalized.
