Dear Sir,
I have just registered for one-month English course at your college and college management has assigned me the first batch. I will be arriving at London airport on the first of November and have booked return flight to India for the first of December.
At present, I have no relatives or friends in London, so I would prefer to rent an accommodation through your institute. To let you know, I have no objection in sharing the room, on a condition that there should not be more than two people in the room, including me. Moreover, the house should be well maintained which includes proper wall paint, no water leakage , and atop, the heating system should be working properly as it will be winter season.
Further, London is a totally strange city for me, so I need the information from you about the local transportation to commute between my residence and the college.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Alpesh Kumar
