Dear Sir,
I am writing to inquire about my cheque book I ordered two weeks ago.
First of all, I would like to inform you that I am utterly disappointed by the service of your bank. I ordered my cheque book two weeks ago, on 25th of January, by visiting the bank in person. The lady on the desk asked me about my details and gave me some forms to fill. After submitting the required documents, I was told that I would receive my cheque book in two working days.
Unfortunately, I have not got the cheque book to date. Kindly inform me how long it is going to take to complete the procedure since I need my cheque book as soon as possible.
Furthermore, I would also appreciate if you could look into the matter and ensure that such things would not happen in the future. I have been your loyal customer for the last three years and I do not expect such irresponsible approach from this bank.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Fatima
